Adult Gymnastics

Coach Ashlie played around with gymnastics every so often since her 15 year long athletic career. After being retired for 15 years, Ashlie decided to register for an adult competition. She fell in love with training again, so decided to hop on board with NAIGC, a program for gymnasts 18 and up.
